The next module of the Deepening Project is about one of the most important topics in our lives: Affectivity & Relationships!

The world of emotions and feelings!

Affectivity is the "glue" of the entire Biodanza system.

And, as you all know, the Group (Relationships) is one of the seven forces of Biodanza.

So prepare for a profound journey 😊

Through numerous dances, divided into three profound and transformative vivencias, we will relive emotional memories and key moments in our lives. Together we will explore questions such as:

-How can I improve my emotional relationships?

-How can I balance my need to be loved with my need to express my truth?

-How can I free myself from old relational patterns?

-How can I rewrite my story through dance?

-How can I build relationships rooted in care, authenticity, and nourishment?

By dancing through our own emotional stories, we will awaken the possibility of restoring trust, embracing both strength and vulnerability, and walking a path of greater harmony, authenticity, and awareness. My intention is to inspire you to accept, integrate, be grateful for, and/or make peace with your emotional history—realizing that every person, starting with each of us, did the best they could at the time with what they knew.

I believe this is a profound lesson. It frees us from blaming others, from anger about what didn't happen the way we wanted, and connects us instead with acceptance, gratitude, and forgiveness. I always try (with the help of everyone in the dance hall) to create a network of trust so we can slowly delve into ourselves. And I am always available (before, during, and after) for any questions you may have.

A warm hug to everyone,

 Elsa David
